Sweet Charity is a resale shop for preloved goods from the home: furniture, art, glassware, kitchen goods, linen and decorative home accessories. Click here to see our lastest “fab finds”.
Sweet Charity was conceived and is managed by Women of Wisdom, a 501(c)3 non-profit giving circle that uses its resources to empower women and children in need. The store provides a constant source of funding for the work offered by Hospice Volunteer Services of Addison County along with local philanthropic projects chosen by Women of Wisdom.
If you are downsizing, if you have kids moving out, or they are starting a new apartment; please keep us in mind for all your needs. We can help provide them quality used furniture when they are just starting out; we can help you downsize without the effort of a yard sale; we can help in so many ways and we will come pick up!! Stop on by, we’d love to see you.
Our store hours are Monday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:30pm. Visit us at 141A Main Street in Vergennes or give us a call at 802.877.6200. Sunday hours (noon to 4:00) are added in summer and during the holidays.
